Kinetic has been retained by a prestigious medium-sized law firm in central Mississippi to find a dynamic and accomplished lateral Partner/Of Counsel to join their firm and help build and service their commercial litigation section. If you have 10+ years of commercial litigation experience, a client base, and the capacity to service more, we want to hear from you.

The firm is well-respected with a full suite of legal services including litigation, transactional, and regulatory. The partners are as talented as they are collegial, seeking attorneys who will enhance the firm’s culture, capabilities, and growth.

Ideal Partners will:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in commercial litigation matters.
• Manage and continue grow your own book of business based on the firm’s platform and relationships, ensuring exceptional service and results for clients.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to develop and implement strategic legal solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and support staff.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Mississippi.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Established client relationships that value exceptional legal counsel.
• AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell preferred.
• Ability to bring support staff and other attorneys is a plus.
