We are seeking an experienced Promotions and Sweepstakes Specialist to lead high-impact fundraising efforts for a nonprofit committed to protecting hunting traditions and promoting responsible wildlife conservation. This role is ideal for someone who understands the values of the hunting and outdoor community and knows how to build campaigns that connect with their audience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage a sweepstakes and promotions program that fuels donor engagement and fundraising.
• Build marketing strategies that drive participation across digital channels and in-person events.
• Ensure compliance with state, regional, and federal regulations in coordination with legal partners.
• Source, manage, and fulfill a wide range of prizes—from outdoor gear to international hunting experiences.
• Oversee program budgets related to development, advertising, and prize delivery.
• Monitor key metrics such as entry volume, conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to execute successful campaigns.
• Represent the organization at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Support related tasks as needed to advance fundraising goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing sweepstakes, raffles, or promotional campaigns for nonprofits.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance related to fundraising and gaming.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
• Clear communicator with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hunting, conservation, and ethical wildlife management.
• Equivalent combinations of training and experience will be considered.

Compensation:

• $60,000 to $65,000
• Outstanding benefits package.
