We are seeking Training Coordinator candidates to oversee the development and implementation of training programs for a professional services firm. This position involves updating training materials, monitoring training programs, and coordinating training events and schedules. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing comprehensive reports on the training outcomes for all employees, contributing to the strategic development of the firm’s workforce.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and revision of training materials and tests, keeping content current and relevant.
  • Identify and select appropriate training methods, such as virtual sessions, on-the-job training, and professional development classes.
  • Design and order educational aids and materials to enhance training sessions.
  • Communicate with leadership to identify training needs and develop plans for team and individual development.
  • Promote training programs to employees, providing session details and objectives.
  • Organize training events, managing logistics like venue selection and attendee registration.
  • Coordinate off-site training logistics, including transportation and catering arrangements.
  • Address and troubleshoot issues related to training events and software.
  • Develop and manage reports on training participation and outcomes, analyzing data to inform future training initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, training design, and facilitation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and online training tools such as Articulate, Storyline, or Camtasia.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Established record of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience advising leadership on training processes and strategies is preferred.
  • Proven track record of improving training performance metrics is desirable.
