We are seeking a Territory Manager for a notable company specializing in the printing and consumables manufacturing sector. This company provides supplies for point-of-sale systems and credit card machines and offers a full range of fulfillment, warehousing, kitting, and logistics services tailored to the retail industry. The role is designed to address the needs of a diverse clientele across the United States, requiring a candidate who is self-motivated, results-oriented, and possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The position requires an individual who can work independently, take initiative, and is driven by the pursuit of success and the accompanying rewards. A key aspect of this role is understanding customer needs, creating effective solutions, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a remote position within the designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong client relationships through cold and warm calling to generate leads.
  • Re-establish valuable partnerships by reconnecting with and revitalizing lost accounts.
  • Effectively showcase and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
  • Increase penetration into assigned accounts by introducing innovative new items.
  • Ensure mutual satisfaction by skillfully negotiating and finalizing sales deals.
  • Drive growth and engagement by managing and expanding customer accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales journey.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and act on trends with declining or lost business by analyzing sales reports.
  • Set new standards for success by achieving or surpassing assigned sales goals.

Requirements:

Compensation:

  • $50-60k + commission
