In this position, you’ll use a proven recruiting platform with dedicated clients on exclusive searches to identify and recruit top-tier candidates. NO MORE CHASING YOUR TAIL ON SEARCHES FOR CLIENTS! You will play a crucial role in hiring the best talent, ensuring our staffing objectives are met through strategic recruiting and evaluation of candidates.

For those with existing recruiting/staffing relationships and business development acumen, you can leverage our recruiting platform and earn significant income opportunities. We provide substantial compensation for recruiters with proven business development results.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
• Highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, etc.
• Skilled using remote video technology (Zoom, Teams, Facetime, etc.)
• Expertise using web-based database tools to research and organize data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized in deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Willingness to learn new technology

Compensation

• Base salary + production commission + business development commission
• Strong benefits
