We are seeking Marketing and Communication candidates for a wildlife focused nonprofit foundation. The ideal candidate excels at social media, content creation, and design, serving as an authentic foundation representative while actively shaping and executing communication initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with our foundation’s goals and objectives.

Craft compelling narratives and content for various channels including our website, social media, print materials, and more.

Collaborate with teams across the foundation to ensure messaging consistency and relevance.

Organize and manage public relations activities, acting as the primary media contact and building strong relationships with key journalists.

Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of MarCom campaigns, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Oversee the foundation’s brand management, ensuring all communications maintain a consistent voice and align with our core values.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a MarCom role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

Proficiency with a range of digital platforms, including content management systems, email marketing software, and social media.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and interface with individuals at all levels of the organization.

An understanding and appreciation of the unique nuances and needs of nonprofit communications.
