We are seeking a Power Platform Architect to support an active program with a leading professional services firm. This remote, contract-to-hire position will lead the architecture and development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with a strong emphasis on hands-on Power Apps development. The Power Platform Architect will also provide technical direction to a distributed team of onshore and offshore developers while remaining actively involved in development and delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Lead hands-on development of Power Apps and design workflows and process automation using Power Automate.
  • Develop Power BI solutions to improve data accessibility and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and provide technical direction to onshore and offshore development teams.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to identify business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design enterprise-level solutions and integrations across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other Microsoft services.
  • Evaluate implemented solutions for performance and efficiency and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and incorporate new features and best practices into solutions.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience architecting solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise-level solutions that improve business processes.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft services, including Dynamics 365 and Azure.
  • Experience leading onshore and offshore development teams while remaining actively involved in development.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.

 

Compensation

  • $125,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
