We are seeking Director of Training candidates for a Professional services firm based in metro Jackson. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive employee training programs to enhance workforce efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, publish, update and monitor training programs.
• Ensure all employees are trained to be proficient in their job duties.
• Develop tracking systems for timely and expert training delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date and consistent training materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Collaborate with executives to address training needs and future improvements.
• Communicate training status and updates through reports and narratives.
• Manage two staff members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience to include at least 2 years focused on training.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems. Workday experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Compensation:

• $75,000 to $90,000
