We are seeking Sales Representatives for a telecommunications equipment company located in Pearl, MS. This role involves establishing a presence within key industries, enhancing sales with existing clients, and discovering fresh opportunities for client interaction. The candidate will play a crucial part in fostering client relationships, directing the applications engineering initiatives, and elevating the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, while meeting targets and adhering to pricing policies 
• Align company solutions with customer needs and demonstrate expertise in assigned products to influence product choices
• Maintain, enhance, and foster existing and new customer relationships for boosted sales
• Collaborate with internal teams for sales support and analyze market dynamics, including territory trends and competitor activities
• Represent the company at trade shows, promoting products and services
• Identify growth opportunities by monitoring profit margins and seeking new customers within the assigned area
• Adhere to budget guidelines while managing travel expenses and provide regular reports to sales management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience; telecommunications experience preferred
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and other productivity tools (Salesforce, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills
• High business acumen and professional demeanor
• Self-driven with minimal oversight
• Mandatory travel is required – trade shows and client visits

Compensation:

• $50-60k + success-based commissions
