We are seeking experienced Executive Assistant candidates for a prominent company headquartered in the metro-Jackson area. The position provides essential support to the COO and other VPs, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and ensuring an organized office environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who excels in a corporate environment and ensures the seamless operation of the executive team.
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the COO and VPs.
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and calendars efficiently.
- Schedule meetings and assist in preparing and distributing meeting agendas and materials.
- Draft letters, memos, and communications with skill and professionalism.
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations seamlessly.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports accurately and promptly.
- Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the executives.
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in supporting senior executives or teams.
- Possess exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on executive objectives.
- Maintain professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- $55,000 to $60,000 + bonus
