We are seeking Accounting Manager candidates for a Southeast Regional accounting firm.

Job Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of assurance and audit accountants
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer experiences
- Conduct analysis of complex transactions and provide strategic recommendations
- Review and approve financial calculations, models, and reports prepared by team members
- Supervise the documentation of all work, including the creation of summaries of findings and written reports/schedules
- Assist in the proofing of work documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
- Foster positive relationships with team members and clients, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with strong background in audit
- BBA or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Current CPA license and a proven track record of maintaining professional licensure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other relevant accounting software
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage heavy workloads and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Flexibility to travel as needed to various client locations
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Compensation:
- $80-115K DOE
