We are seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to support high-impact fundraising initiatives for a nonprofit dedicated to protecting hunting traditions and promoting responsible wildlife conservation. This role focuses on building and managing sweepstakes and promotions programs that drive donor engagement, brand awareness, and event participation. It’s a great fit for someone who understands the values of the hunting and outdoor community and knows how to deliver campaigns that connect with their audience and deliver results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate sweepstakes and promotional campaigns to support fundraising goals.
  • Develop marketing strategies that drive participation across digital platforms, print, and live events.
  • Manage prize sourcing, fulfillment logistics, and promotional inventory.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with applicable fundraising and gaming regulations.
  • Oversee marketing budgets related to promotions, advertising, and prize fulfillment.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including donor engagement, entries, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and sponsors to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and donor engagements.
  • Support broader marketing and development efforts as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, promotional campaigns, or nonprofit fundraising.
  • Knowledge of sweepstakes, raffles, or fundraising compliance is strongly preferred.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of legal compliance related to fundraising and gaming.
  • Passion for hunting, conservation, and ethical wildlife management.
  • Equivalent combinations of training and experience will be considered.

Compensation:

  • $60,000 to $65,000
  • Outstanding benefits package.
