We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for a multi-national company with manufacturing, finance, and retail operations. This development role plays a crucial part in shaping financial strategy and ensuring operational success. The ideal candidate is adept at handling the intricacies of finance and skilled at building strong relationships within the team.

Job Duties:

• Develop, edit, and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for FP&A support.
• Work with departments to align the annual budget with company goals and targets.
• Conduct market and pricing analysis.
• Analyze financial outcomes and customer datasets, offering insights to enhance business results.
• Streamline finance processes and bolster internal controls for enhanced efficiency.
• Manage financial risks to comply with regulations and prevent potential issues.
• Uphold stringent internal controls to protect company assets and adhere to financial guidelines.
• Engage with teams across accounting, treasury, and operations for financial data and initiatives.
• Undertake special projects as directed by upper management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MACC preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a finance-specific position.
• Highly proficient in Excel; experience with SQL/Access is a plus.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets to drive informed outcomes.
• Familiar with financial profitability systems.
• Demonstrated proactive leadership and initiative.
• Advanced proficiency in organizational, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.

Compensation:

• $100,000 to $120,000 DOE + outstanding benefits
