We are seeking a Property and Casualty Account Manager for a Southeastern regional company located in Flowood, MS. This position is responsible for quoting policies and requires knowledge of property and casualty insurance. The ideal candidate is a driven professional, adept in insurance policy management and customer service. The position is onsite and does not involve sales or travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage client relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Accurately quote and administer insurance policies.
  • Promptly receive and respond to quote requests from clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to align customer needs with our services.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Provide expert advice on property and casualty insurance to clients and staff.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and maintain company compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain property and casualty licensure (company-sponsored).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in insurance quoting processes and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Independent and team-oriented working capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:

  • $60,000 to $80,000.
  • Company-sponsored licensure and certification programs.
