We are seeking to confidentially identify CFO candidates to support a large non-profit. This role requires an experienced, proven executive who will play a critical role by overseeing the organization’s financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting staff
• Work with outside professionals on audit/tax/990 filings, etc.
• Provide financial analysis and manage acquisitions and transfer of operations
• Analyze the company’s strengths and weaknesses, proposing corrective actions when necessary
• Manage budgets and investment accounts across multiple entities
• Lead staff to perform quality assurance, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting
• Perform financial analysis related to lateral acquisitions and transition of operations
• Participate on multiple boards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA not required
• 10+ years in leadership roles with progressively increasing responsibility and recent role(s) as CFO, Finance Director or related position
• Experience managing all elements of finance including accounting, financial planning and analysis, cash, and banking relationships
• 501 c(3) and c(4) experience are a huge plus
• Collaborative and team player
• Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects
